Games, fun, excitement! Great escape the room game. We did the Secret Study and had a lot of fun with it. The staff were also very attentive and one of them was even an actor who made me kneel down. Overall 5 stars!
Exciting escape room with tricky puzzles and super nice staff! The zombie laboratory is a real challenge for two and can only be done in a team. I can only recommend it.
We loved it! We were a group of 5 people (old school friends) and played “bunker”. We liked it so much that we booked another game for the next day (“Prison”). We’ll definitely come back to play the third scenario. Very friendly support and professional equipment.

The history of Locks & Clocks Escape Rooms
A cellar in the Ninth marks the beginning of our journey. In 2014, we launched our first adventure with Locks & Clocks (then still “Roomescape Vienna”), making us one of the first escape room operators in Austria. The idea even landed us ahead of the Vienna Opera on TripAdvisor. Escape rooms are and always have been something cool.
But that was just the beginning of our journey. The rooms became more and more and demand grew. Under the name “Fox in a Box”, we quickly developed into one of the most popular international franchise chains.
We finally founded “Locks & Clocks” in 2021. An escape room in Vienna that stands for warmth and good service as well as thrills and adventure. We tweaked our rooms, revised the concepts and used drama for the first time – an element that has long since become indispensable.
What has accompanied us throughout this journey? We just want to have a lot of fun together with you.
